Matcha Tea Ceremony with Yutaka Ai

Sunday, March 16 from 2pm-3:30pm

Cost is $45

Are you stressed? It’s time for some tea! Most of us in Boulder understand the health benefits of drinking Matcha tea, but little of us know the history and significance of a tea ceremony. We encourage you to come sip and relax!

During the event hosted by the incredible Yutaka Ai you’ll receive a serving of organic Matcha and sweets while enjoying an educational talk on the history and art of traditional tea ceremony. She’ll provide a thorough explanation of all the tea utensils and provide you with details on how to make Matcha at home. She review the true meaning of Zen as she performs a closing tea ceremony. During this tea time you’ll also take time to explore tanden breathing and the powerful mediational effects it has on the mind and body.
